Hi, I'm Valerii 👋

Software engineer · .NET / React / Python / AI

I build things across the stack: C# backends, TypeScript/React frontends, Python for ML and audio, the occasional game-server experiment, and anything else that catches my interest.

🚀 Projects

• 🎙️ Yet Another Voice Diary — local-first Electron app that records meetings, transcribes them (Whisper), diarizes speakers and matches voices to saved contacts. Electron + React + FastAPI + SQLite, with a bundled MCP server.
• 🎞️ Steam Artwork Studio — turns videos and images into correctly sized Steam artwork GIFs, entirely in the browser with WebAssembly + Web Workers, so there's no conversion server and your files never leave your machine. 5 UI languages. Live demo
• 🎮 ReVerse Community Backend — unofficial, self-hosted backend and cross-platform desktop relay (.NET, Avalonia) for playing Resident Evil Re:Verse with friends. Run it over ZeroTier, or deploy it on AWS, Azure or any host that supports UDP.
• 📚 Spotify → Vocabulary Bot — Telegram bot that checks your recent Spotify listening, fetches the lyrics, and uses an LLM (via OpenRouter) to pick C1-level English words worth learning, with definitions, examples and flashcard review. Cloudflare Workers + D1.
